Pines are symbols in many cultures with roles in numerous folklore tales. They can represent wisdom, longevity, fertility and life. PINE is a lovely mid green of tonal layers and subtle variegations with underlying blue tones. It is quite a difficult colour to capture on camera. In some lights its more blue, in other lights the yellow tones come out. The result is a lovely shifting of tones through the yarn. It pairs nicely with the Kurrajong on this base.
