Shipping Policy

Ready to ship listings will be shipped on the next 1-2 business days.

Local Pick Up - We are now pleased to offer local pick up. Just select the Local Pick Up delivery option at checkout. Please include a note with your order of your preferred date and time and pickup. We will be in touch to confirm or negotiate a new time and date with you.

Tracking - We ship Domestically and Internationally using Australia Post, with all orders tracked.  You will receive an email with your tracking ID when your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.

Shipping Cost - Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on weight.  

Packaging - Our yarns are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in Hero Packaging compostable mailing satchels.
