SATURNIDAE is inspired by the the male Emperor Moth of the Saturniidae family (with two "i's") of the British Isles. Companion to our female Emperor Moth inspired MOON-FLIGHT, the male Emperor Moth flies only in daylight. They are much more colourful then the female with greyish purple and brown upper wings with "eye" markings and beautiful touches of pinks and raspberry tones. Their under wings are bright shades of orange to yellow.
